<description>HOW TO PREPARE : - Wash the mint leaves and then assort it. Ensure you only have the leaves and the soft stems. Now take a blender and put the mint in. Grind it coarsely. Mint tends to give out a lot of water and so remove from the blender and squeeze out all the extra water. Now put in only the pudina pulp and add the sugar, garlic, green chillies, tamarind paste and salt to taste. Blend all these ingredients together till it makes a fine paste. Apply on bread and serve as sandwiches.</description>
