Vegitable Bhat
Ingredients : capsicum,potato,peas,tomato,mustard,oil,channadal,udadal,vangibhatpowder,salt, lime,haldhi,curryleaves,1cup cooked rice.

Preparation Time: 25-30mins
Preparation Method : chopp all the vegitables keep it aside.
now in a khadai add 2tsp of oil heat add mustard-1sp,channadal-1sp,udadal-1sp when splutters and curryleaves fry 1sec now add all the vegitables chopped keep sauting till it is soft, now add haldhi,vangibhath powder,salt,lime juice-1-1/2,saute it on low flames switch of the flames and add cooked rice and mix it in light hand mix throughly,garnish with coriander leaves. sever hotRecipie By : Pallaviprasad
