Malai Curry

Ingredients: 1 table spoon oil,1 medium size onion,1 pinch of jeera,2 green chilli,1tablespoon ginger garlic paste,2 table spoon tomato sause,2 table spoon cream,2 tea spoon coriander ,1tea spoon garam masala,salt to taste,and for garnish coriander leaves
Preparation Time: 5to10 min
Preparation Method : Heat the oil,and put jeera and onion,chilli(grind), coriander and garam masala and saute untill they turn golden brown.Add sauce and saute,if it is thick then add some water then saute it up to 5min then lastely we add malai n nicely saute(but not much time because cream would leave ghee)and garnish it with coriander leaves.(If u want to add pea, u can add but boiled pea when sause method is applied and then add cream)
