Egg puff Recipes
Ingredients : – 6 eggs, ½ cup grated paneer, ½ cup grated cheese, ½ teaspoon baking powder, ½ cup plain flour(maida), ¼ teaspoon pepper powder, ¼ cup melted butter and salt to taste.
Preparation time : – 40 minutes Serves : – 2
HOW TO PREPARE : – Take a big bowl and add the eggs. Beat it till its fluffy. Now add all the other ingredients and mix well. If its too thick add a tablespoon of water and whisk it all up. Now take a baking dish and apply butter on all side. Pour this mixture into the dish. Take the dish and put it in a preheated oven for about 30 minutes at 350 degrees and bake it. Check if it’s done completely by putting in a knife. Remove from oven and serve with a chutney of your choice or tomato sauce.

Egg balls Recipes
Ingredients : – 4 eggs hard boiled, 1 egg, 4 tablespoons bread crumbs, 4 garlic bulbs, 2 green chillies, 2 tablespoons oil and salt to taste
Preparation time :- 15 minutes Serves : – 2
HOW TO PREPARE : – Finely chop the green chillies and cream the garlic. Take a bowl and put in the bread crumbs and 1 egg. Now add the garlic and green chillies and mix all these together. Now make four equal parts of this batter. Apply oil on both your hands and then take one part of the batter and make a flat cake. Then place a hard boiled egg in between and then close the cake in such a way engulfing the egg inside. Keep it covered so that the egg doesn’t dry up. Take a frying pan and pour oil enough for deep frying. When the oil is very hot add the coated boiled eggs and fry till dark brown. Sprinkle a little chat masala and pepper and serve hot

Vegetarian eggs
Ingredients : – 2 eggs, ½ cup maida, ½ cup Kheema(minced meat), 1 cube cheese, ½ cup mixed vegetables(carrot, beans, peas, cauliflower), 2 green chillies, few coriander leaves, 1 onion, ½ teaspoon baking powder, ½ cup maida, oil for frying and salt to taste.Preparation time :- 20 minutes Serves : – 2
HOW TO PREPARE : – Finely chop all the vegetables, green chillies, coriander and onions and keep it aside. Now take a big bowl and beat the eggs. When the eggs are well done add the maida, baking powder and salt. Now mix all these together and make a batter. Put in the green chillies, onions and coriander leaves and mix it all up. Take a tava and apply oil on it. When the oil is hot add half the batter and spread it evenly all over the tava. Now put the vegetables over this and spread it evenly on the omlette. Pour the remaining egg batter over the vegetables ensuring that the vegetables are engulfed between both the egg layers. Cook till the egg is done on one side and then flip it over. When both the sides are golden brown Check if it’s done from the inside by piercing with a knife. If its done remove from flame and serve with tomato sauce.
